Bullies and Suicide: Who’s to Blame?

I want to start off by saying that I don’t like bullies. Deriving pleasure from ridiculing and intimidating others is not healthy. It’s a bad behavior that can be addressed and modified. In my opinion it should be treated like any other mental illness.
