		<description>It&#039;s simply not possible to be totally without goals.  After all, isn&#039;t striving to free yourself of goals a goal itself?  I don&#039;t think we have to reach an extreme to benefit from the &quot;wu wei&quot; philosophy.  We just need to learn to let go more often and enjoy each moment as we live it.</description>

This is definitely hard to overcome because of growing up in USA. Material goals flood music, movies, tv, and so on. Beyond that, there are goals associated with status and prestige in education. I would have to withdraw from society, like a monk, in order to be entirely goal-free. However, I am adapting to the &quot;less is more&quot; notion.</description>
